It’s finally here and on time! AGS just released ServerStudio v6, one of the tools I use most when it comes to interacting with an Informix database.

ImageI participated in the Beta / Preview program, although not very intensely. Version 6 comes with plenty of new features, including E/R design (Entity/Relationship Diagrams), code completion while typing in SQL commands (okay, we had that in DB Studio at the Awoma days)… There’s a release notes listing all the new features, but I will not copy paste it here.

It says it supports IDS version 10, I can’t confirm: it works marvelously well with Cheetah (IDS vNext).
