For those of you that thought it was fun traveling around and attending conferences, here’s the first drawback: attend an 8+ hour business meeting on a Sunday.
Both Board of Directors need to meet, separately, from time to time to organize things, to solve issues, to brainstorm about new services to our members, to ensure and check that their privacy is well preserved and many other strategic and operational tasks.
Those meetings are pretty tiring, agendas are dense.
On the evening, the Board invited the IIUG’s best & new friends in a tavern down town. It was not a circus, but a real pleasant evening…
